I developed and led the Screaming O Materials Testing Initiative, a cross-functional program designed to test, validate, and communicate the safety of materials used across the product portfolio. The strategy centered on collaborating with a 3rd-party accredited lab to develop a testing framework that would be both scientifically rigorous and consumer-friendly.
